We Make the Photos. The Experts Run the Activity.

Kova never flies, drives or captains. When an experience includes a yacht, a helicopter, a car or a water activity, a licensed partner runs it under its own insurance and its own rules.

Safety first

A Great Photo Is Never Worth a Risk

We design every experience to look extraordinary and feel calm. These rules never change.

We only work with licensed operators; never informal boats, aircraft or vehicles
The operator decides: if they say it isn't safe, it doesn't happen
Weather first: with storms, strong wind or rough water, we reschedule
Minors take part only with signed consent from a parent or guardian, and only in activities the operator allows for their age
Some experiences are adults only (18+), and we say so clearly on each one
No fireworks or sparklers: we use cold sparks, in the studio or at venues that approve them
We never swim with or touch wild animals, and we never put anyone behind the wheel of a luxury car

We never fly over groups of guests or near restricted areas

Drones aren't available at every location: there are restricted zones near the port, airports, stadiums and some parks. We confirm whether your location allows it when you get your quote.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kova run the yacht, helicopter or water activities?

No. A licensed partner runs them under its own insurance and rules. We design the experience, direct you and take the photos.

How much does an experience session cost?

Each experience has a "from" price for the photo session. If a partner is involved, their fee is listed separately in your quote, so you know exactly what you pay and to whom.

Can a quinceañera or another minor take part?

In many experiences, yes, with signed consent from a parent or guardian and subject to the operator's minimum age. Kova Sky is adults only (18+). Each page states it clearly.

Do I have to sign anything?

You sign Kova's photography contract. If the activity requires it, you also sign the operator's waiver; we send it to you before you book.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety decides. If the weather or the operator doesn't give the go-ahead, we reschedule per to be confirmed and the partner's terms in to be confirmed.

Does the Kova Promise cover experiences?

The Kova Promise covers your photos: love your photos or we reshoot. The partner's activity follows its own terms. See the terms at Kova Promise terms.

How far ahead should I book?

Studio experiences book like any session. Partner experiences need more time: to be confirmed.
