In the air

  • Fitted, comfortable clothing: a short fitted dress, a suit or a solid-color outfit
  • Nothing loose: no veils, capes, hats, scarves or dangling accessories
  • Closed, flat shoes to board and exit safely
  • Hair pinned up and secured; our hair team styles it for the wind

On the ground

  • This is where the long gown, train, veil or formal suit shine, before or after the flight
  • Wear your own outfit or a dress from our collection; we'll recommend the right one

Safety first

Clear Rules So You Can Fly with Peace of Mind

An incredible photo is never worth more than your safety. These rules apply to every flight, no exceptions.

  • Adults only (18+)
  • A pilot from a licensed operator flies; Kova never pilots
  • Every passenger wears the operator's harness or seat belt for the entire flight, no exceptions
  • Everything is secured: phones, sunglasses and cameras on straps; nothing loose in the cabin
  • You listen to the pilot's safety briefing before takeoff and follow their instructions
  • You only pose while seated; no one unbuckles or leans out of the cabin
  • The pilot decides whether to fly: with strong wind, low visibility or storms, we reschedule
  • No alcohol before the flight

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Kova Sky is for adults 18 and over only, no exceptions. For quinceañeras and Sweet 16s we suggest Kova Yacht or Kova Jet Set.
Who flies the helicopter?
A pilot from a licensed aviation operator, under its own license, insurance and liability waiver. Kova designs the session and photographs you; we never fly the aircraft.
Is it safe to fly with the doors off?
Every passenger stays secured with the operator's harness or seat belt for the whole flight, with no loose items and following the pilot's instructions. You only pose while seated.
Can I wear a long gown and veil during the flight?
Not in the air: loose fabric isn't safe in an open cabin. You'll wear them for the ground portraits, before or after the flight.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The pilot has the final word. With strong wind, low visibility or storms we reschedule, per to be confirmed and to be confirmed.
How much does it cost in total?
Kova's photography starts: pricing on request. The flight fee is set by the operator and shown separately in your quote, in writing, before you book.
