Booking & payments
How much does a session cost?
Every service has a published "from" price; for example, quinceañeras: pricing on request and portraits: pricing on request. The quote builder shows your package's exact total before you book.
What's the difference between Essential, Signature and Legacy?
All three include the guided session and the private gallery. Signature and Legacy add more time, more edited photos, more outfit changes and printed products. Every package lists its inclusions in writing.
How far in advance should I book?

How do I reserve my date?
With a signed contract and a on request deposit. The balance is paid according to your contract's schedule.
Can I pay in installments?
Sessions
I don't know how to pose. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We guide you through every photo: how to stand, where to look and what to do with your hands. Most people arrive saying the same thing.
How long does a session last?
It depends on the service and package: to be confirmed. Hair and makeup time is added before the photos.
Can I do photos in the studio and outdoors?
Yes. Choose the studio, a location, or both. Some locations require a reservation or permit; we confirm the current rules and coordinate it when you book.
Can my family come to the session?
Yes. Tell us how many people are coming when you book so we can plan time for family photos.
What if it rains on my outdoor session day?
We'll offer to move the session into the studio or reschedule at no cost, per to be confirmed.
Do you offer sessions with horses or other animals?
Yes. You can book a session with animals: pricing on request or add it to your package: pricing on request. They take place outdoors, always with a professional handler present.
How do you look after the animal during the session?
The animal's well-being sets the pace: its handler guides it at all times, we take breaks with water and shade, avoid the hottest hours and stop if it gets tired or restless. to be confirmed
Experience sessions
Who runs the yacht, the helicopter or the activity?
Licensed partners, with their own insurance and rules. Kova designs and photographs the experience; we never pilot, drive or captain. Partner fees appear separately in your quote.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
For many activities, yes: the operator requires its own waiver and, for minors, a parent's or guardian's signature. We send it to you ahead of time. to be confirmed
Are there age limits?
Yes. The helicopter flight is for adults only (18+). For water activities, the operator sets the minimum age and minors need guardian consent. Underwater sessions with minors take place only in a controlled pool.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Safety comes first: the operator decides whether the activity can go ahead. If not, we move the date under the partner's terms and to be confirmed.
Dresses & beauty
Do I have to buy a dress?
No. You can wear dresses from our collection during the session, bring your own, or buy one from us (pricing on request). Your package states how many changes are included.
When do I try on dresses?
At an appointment at the studio before your session, so you can choose calmly and check the fit ahead of time.
Are hair and makeup included?
Yes, in session packages our professional team does them at the studio. We ask about your style and any skin sensitivities before we start.
Can I bring my own makeup artist?
Delivery & keepsakes
When do I get my photos?
You get a sneak peek within to be confirmed and the full gallery within to be confirmed.
How do I receive and download my photos?
Through a private, password-protected online gallery where you can download them and share them with your family.
How many edited photos will I receive?
It depends on the package; each one states the number in writing. You can always add more photos after seeing your gallery.
What printed products do you offer?
Printed albums: pricing on request, acrylic prints: pricing on request and 3D figurines made from your photos: pricing on request.
How long does an album or 3D figurine take?
Production starts once you approve the final design: to be confirmed.

What is the Founding Families program?
An opening program: the first to be confirmed families receive to be confirmed. If you'd like, you can also let us feature a few selected photos. It's optional.
How do I know what to expect before I book?
We show you everything up front: the step-by-step process, starting prices, what each package includes and the Kova Promise. You can also visit the studio and meet the team in a no-obligation consultation.
