Messaging Program Terms

Program name: Kova Photo Studio Text Alerts. It is run by to be confirmed, doing business as Kova Photo Studio, to be confirmed, Miami, Florida.

Text messages come from to be confirmed. WhatsApp messages come from the "Kova Photo Studio" business account with the number to be confirmed. Every message starts with or is identified by the name Kova Photo Studio.

We use messages to support you before, during and after your session: answering questions, sending quotes, confirming and reminding you of appointments, notifying you about payments and your gallery and, only if you separately agree, sending promotions.

• On our web forms (quote builder, booking, contact and Founding Families): enter your number and check the messaging box. The boxes are unchecked, optional and separate for booking updates, for WhatsApp and for promotions. You can submit the form and book without checking them.
• By text: send to be confirmed to to be confirmed. We'll reply with a confirmation message.
• In person: at the studio, on the same form on a tablet or on a signed form, with the same boxes and the same wording.
• On WhatsApp: if you message us first (for example, from our website or an ad), we reply in that conversation. For Kova to message you later on WhatsApp, we'll ask you to agree to receive messages from Kova Photo Studio on WhatsApp.

When you opt in, we keep a record of the date and time, the channel or form, the text you agreed to, your number and, on the website, your IP address. If the session is for a minor, consent is given by their parent or legal guardian.

Opting in to messages is never a condition of purchase, quoting or booking.

• Appointments and bookings: confirmations, reminders, reschedules and session details.
• Quotes: the quote you requested and answers about it.
• Payments and orders: payment received or due notices, and the status of your albums, acrylics or figurines.
• Gallery ready: a notice when your sneak peek or gallery is available, with a link to kovaphoto.com or your private gallery.
• Customer care: replies to your questions in the conversation.
• Marketing: promotions and session announcements, only if you checked the offers box, never mixed into booking updates and never sent to minors.

We will never ask for card details, passwords or ID numbers by message. To pay, we send you a secure payment link.

Message frequency varies depending on your booking and your questions. Marketing messages: up to to be confirmed, and never more than 3 on the same subject in 24 hours.

Kova doesn't charge for messages. Msg & data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. WhatsApp uses your data plan or Wi-Fi.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. We also accept PARAR, BAJA or CANCELAR, and words like END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or "don't text me." On WhatsApp, reply STOP or BAJA.

You'll receive a single confirmation message, with no advertising, and then no more automated messages. When you opt out on one channel, we stop sending you automated messages on all our channels, unless you ask us to keep one. To receive them again, reply START.

You can also opt out by calling to be confirmed, emailing to be confirmed or telling us in person. We honor your request right away and within 10 business days at most.

For help, reply HELP (AYUDA in Spanish), call to be confirmed or email to be confirmed.

We send scheduled or automated messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), and within the same hours in your local time if you live in another time zone. If you message us outside those hours, we may reply in the same conversation.

For sessions with minors (babies, kids, quinceañeras and Sweet 16s), we send messages to their parent or legal guardian, who gives consent. We only message a minor's number about their session logistics if their parent or guardian authorizes it. We never send marketing messages to minors.

Kova Photo Studio messages you first on WhatsApp only if you agreed to receive messages from Kova Photo Studio on WhatsApp. Those notices (confirmations, reminders, payments and gallery ready) use WhatsApp-approved templates and contain no advertising. If you write to us, we reply in that conversation.

Virtual assistant: some replies come from Kova's virtual assistant, which uses artificial intelligence. It always introduces itself as such at the start of the conversation and whenever it takes over.

Talk to a person: type "person" or "agent" at any time and someone from our team will reply during business hours (to be confirmed). You can also call to be confirmed, email to be confirmed or visit us at the studio.

To stop WhatsApp messages from Kova, reply STOP or BAJA, ask in the chat or block our number. We honor your request on and off WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is a Meta service; its use is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program works with major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver messages on our behalf are not third parties for marketing purposes.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and, if the change is significant, we'll let you know by message. If you stay subscribed after the notice, you accept the updated terms; you can opt out at any time.
