Islamorada is a group of islands in the Upper Keys, between the Atlantic and Florida Bay. Anne's Beach, on the ocean side, is known for its shallow, calm water; on the bay side, the sun sets over the water.

Tide, light and season

What to wear in Islamorada
If you're going into the water, pick fabrics that look good wet and colors that stand out against turquoise.
- White, soft pink, pale yellow, coral or navy.
- Light fabrics like chiffon or linen; avoid ones that turn see-through when wet.
- Water shoes to walk on the seabed; barefoot for the photo.
- Dry clothes, a towel and a bag for wet clothes.
